# Login

Lær hvordan du logger ind med to-faktor login i EG ClinicCare

For at logge ind i klinikportalen, klik på linket nedenunder:

Du kan gemme adressen som et bogmærke i din browser, så du har en genvej hver gang du skal logge ind.

## Login-siden

Når du har klikket på linket ovenover, så kommer du ind på nedenstående side.

Du har modtaget en mail fra EG Healthcare, der indeholder oplysninger du skal bruge til at logge ind med. Oplysningerne du skal finde frem, er følgende:

* **Klinik-ID**
* **Initial**&#x20;
* **Kodeord**

Indsæt oplysningerne fra mailen i de givne felter, og klik herefter på *<***Login**>.

Ovenstående vil altid være det samme, medmindre du selv ændrer kodeordet, når du er logget ind. Hvis du angiver et forkert login tre gange, så vil brugernavnet blive låst. Hvis dette sker, så kan du klikke på \<Glemt kodeord>, hvor der herefter vil dannes et nyt kodeord, som sendes til den mail der er tilknyttet.

Du kommer nu til en ny side der bærer overskriften: *2-faktor godkendelse.*

Her vil du blive bedt om at indsætte en sikkerhedskode. Denne sikkerhedskode vil blive sendt som en sms, til den telefon, hvis telefonnummer du har tilknyttet til kontoen.

Når du har modtaget koden, taster du den ind og klikker på **\<Godkend>**. Herefter bliver du logget ind i dit EG ClinicCare.

Det er vigtigt, at du er opmærksom på, at du modtager en ny sikkerhedskode, hver gang du skal logge ind i EG ClinicCare. Du kan derfor ikke bruge den "gamle" kode. Sikkerhedskoden du modtager er kun gyldig i 10 minutter.&#x20;
